Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at LUMEX STUDIO or by commissioning services from LUMEX STUDIO LTD ("the Studio"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3D Visualization Services

LUMEX STUDIO provides high-end architectural rendering, 3D modeling, and visual communication services. The scope of each project is defined in the individual Project Proposal/Quote provided to the client.

REVISIONS

Standard quotes include two rounds of minor revisions. Major structural changes after initial modeling approval will incur additional fees.

DELIVERABLES

Final assets are delivered in high-resolution digital formats as specified in the project agreement. Source files remain the property of LUMEX STUDIO.

Payment Terms

check_circle A 50% non-refundable commencement fee is required to secure project scheduling.
check_circle Final balance is due upon approval of final low-resolution watermarked previews.
check_circle High-resolution, non-watermarked assets will be released only upon receipt of full payment.
check_circle Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly interest fee.

Intellectual Property

The Studio retains all copyright and ownership of the original 3D models, textures, and scene files created during the project. Upon full payment, the Client is granted an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the final rendered imagery for marketing, presentations, and sales purposes.

LUMEX STUDIO reserves the right to use non-confidential imagery for self-promotional purposes including website portfolios and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall LUMEX STUDIO LTD be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
